SunShark is a gunite pool builder located in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. We manage a variety of exterior design services all over DFW. Our process is transparent, so you get the design you want, within budget, and on time. With so many different pool styles, decking materials, and accompanying structures available, you can create just about any kind of poolside setting you desire.

How it works

  • 1. Send a request

    Submit your information under the contact tab. We will reach out at our earliest convenience. You can also reach us at the email listed. 

  • 2. Consultation in backyard

    We will need to schedule a time to meet in your backyard where we will discuss initial ideas for your project. 

  • 3. Design Presentation

    In a second meeting, we will go over design ideas in our software as well as the project budget.

  • 4. Execute agreement

    Once both parties agree, we will begin te planning phase. Some cities require permits and some do not. The same goes for areas with HOA restrictions. We will assist with submitting necessary documents in those areas that require additional information. Once we recieve approvals from all parties, we can start your project. If you require neither, we can start immediately!

  • 5. Construction begins

    After necessary paper work has been approved by your city and HOA, we will begin construction and the phases that follow!
